1. The service

lookperfectly.com provides a self-improvement service: you complete an assessment and optionally upload two photos, and we generate a personalized, AI-assisted report about your appearance and confidence together with an improvement plan, delivered digitally on this website. By using the service you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Fulfillment Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. The assessment analyses photos of your face and is sold as a paid subscription, so we do not offer it to minors; if you tell us you are under 18, the assessment stops and nothing you entered is kept. Your account is tied to the email you provide; sign-in works through one-time links sent to that email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for the accuracy of the information you submit.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Access is sold as a subscription with an introductory period (7 days, 1 month, or 3 months at the price shown at checkout).
• After the introductory period, every plan renews automatically until cancelled, at the price for your billing currency shown below. Your currency and the exact renewal amount are always shown at checkout before you pay, and on every invoice.

• You can cancel anytime — see section 4. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund past ones except as described in the Refund Policy.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4. Cancelling

Email support@lookperfectly.com from your sign-up email address, or follow the instructions in the help center. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

5. What the service is not

The report and plan are informational and educational. They are not medical, dermatological, psychological, or professional advice, and they are not a diagnosis of any condition. AI-generated assessments are subjective by nature and depend on the quality of the photos and answers you provide. Consult a qualified professional before making health-related decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to submit only photos of yourself, not to submit photos of another person without their consent, and not to misuse, reverse engineer, resell, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual property

The website, its content, and the report format are our property. Your photos remain yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to store and process them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal report is for your own use.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact support@lookperfectly.com.
