Fulfillment Policy

1. What you receive

Your purchase unlocks a personalized digital report — an AI-assisted analysis of your photos and assessment answers — together with your improvement plan, for as long as your subscription is active.

2. How and when it is delivered

• Delivery is fully digital — nothing is shipped physically.
• Your report is generated immediately after payment; the analysis usually completes within a few minutes. You are taken to it right after checkout.
• We also email you a secure sign-in link so you can open your report on any device at lookperfectly.com/login.

3. If something goes wrong

If your report doesn't appear within 15 minutes of purchase, or a sign-in link doesn't arrive (check spam first), contact support@lookperfectly.com and we will restore access or re-run your analysis. If we cannot deliver your report, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy.
